Additional Rules

We ask that you treat the condo as if it were your own during your stay, and to please respect and care for our property. Here are a few reminders below:

AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be at least 24 years of age to make a reservation.

OCCUPANCY

The condo is designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, so no more than 4 guests, including children and infants, are allowed to reside in/on the premises at any given time. Florida maintains strict Innkeeper Rights Regulations relating to occupancy limits. Occupancy violations will result in immediate removal of all guests from the property and denial of access without a refund.

CHECK IN & OUT

Check-in is any time after 4:00pm CT. Check-out by 10:00am CT.

PARKING

Parking is limited to 1 parking space per unit, however 2 vehicles can park behind each other in tandem. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Parking passes are located inside the unit. Renters must display the parking pass on the front dash of the vehicle at all times. Please leave the parking passes in the unit upon departure. Missing passes upon check-out will result in a $25 replacement fee.

ANIMALS

We love our furry friends, but the HOA prohibits animals on the premises. To ensure an allergen-free home for all of our guests, we have a strict animal policy. Animal violations will result in immediate removal of all guests from the property and denial of access without a refund.

SMOKING

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND is allowed inside the property or anywhere on the premises. If there are any smoking violations, the guest will be charged a $600 deep cleaning fee.

QUIET HOURS

The Inlet Sands community quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am CT, seven days per week. This is strictly enforced by the City (there is a noise level City Ordinance and any violations could be cause for immediate eviction). We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you.

PARTIES/EVENTS

No parties or events. The use of glitter or confetti is NOT permitted. Evidence of leftover or spilled glitter and/or confetti will result in an excessive cleaning fee of $100.

PATIO

The hanging of bathing suits, towels, etc. over the balcony railings is prohibited. Please use the provided hooks for drying wet beach clothing and towels. No grilling or cooking is permitted on the patio.

ENTERTAINMENT

A Smart TV is available for you during your stay. Please be sure to logout of your accounts upon departure. We are not responsible or liable for unauthorized purchases after your departure. No refund of rate shall be given for outages, content, lack of content or personal preferences with regard to this service. Please note we do not offer cable, just Peacock, Netflix and Hulu as complementary amenities for your stay.

HOUSEKEEPING

There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens be taken from the unit. A STARTER SET of the following is provided: Toilet paper (2 rolls), paper towel (1 roll), soap bar, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap and dishwasher pods.

GARBAGE

Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage receptacle located outside to the northeast corner of the building. All garbage should be removed from the unit and placed in this dumpster prior to departure.

Community Pool: There is no lifeguard on duty. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Please adhere to all posted rules of the community pool, including:

  • Pool Hours:

    • 8:30AM - 8:30PM from April - October

    • 10AM - 5:30PM November - March

  • Keep pool gate closed at all times

  • No cooking in pool area. There is designated grilling in the gazebo area

  • Do not remove lounge chairs from pool deck

  • No glass in pool area

  • No roller-skating, roller-blading or skate boarding allowed in pool area

  • No smoking in the pool area

  • Place trash in trashcans

  • Shower prior to entering the pool

  • Any child who is not potty trained must wear a swim diaper or other protection when in the pool

  • The use of the pool is restricted to no more than 4 guests per unit

Additional Info

  • Please do not run the air conditioner with doors or windows open.

  • A Fire Extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink for emergency use only.

  • The use of tape, push-pins, tacks, nails, etc. to hang anything (banners, signs, posters, photo backdrops, games, etc.) from anywhere in the property is prohibited.

  • Fireworks are not allowed on the premises.

**Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged $500 or more.
